Sales pitches: Standard size 5 metres wide x 5 metres deep. Wider pitches (in multiples of 5 metres) will be allocated where requested. Bring your own tables, chairs, gazebo etc. Please indicate any location requirements (i.e. to be near Horse, Dog Show, Classic car display).
Charge: Deposit with form: £10 per 5 metre pitch + Donation to Show Charities: a suggested 10% - 15% of takings paid before leaving show ground (unless you are a registered charity - please quote number on form).

Craft and Food Marquee
Art, Craft and Food exhibitors with items for sale: Deposit with form £10 per 6' trestle table which we will provide/or pitch + Donation to Show Charities: a suggested 10% - 15% of takings paid before leaving show ground (unless you are a registered charity - please quote number on form). Bring your own chairs.
Exhibitors with items only for display or are demonstrating (i.e. not selling) will be allocated a single 6' trestle table which we will provide/or pitch. There is no charge.
Please note the new Show location. The exhibitors vehicle parking area will be behind the marquee. Outside stall holders who wish to have their vehicle adjacent to their stall need to take this into account when working out their space requirements. Previous years pitches cannot be guaranteed.
No admittance to stall holders or exhibitors unless the booking slip is signed/returned in advance of the Show. Pitches will be allocated in order they are received, so I need your entries ASAP.
